Wonderful Crazy Night - Coming Soon
Sir Elton John's 33rd studio album is ready to launch this February. The legendary Rock artist who has been inspiration for many young artists of this era is about to release his new album after three years. The new album is co-produced by T-Bone Burnett and Elton John himself. and of-course, Bernie Taupin, one of the most influential songwriters has again teamed up with John to write songs for his new album.
The first three singles from the album Looking Up, In The Name Of You and Wonderful Crazy Night has already been out. The singles are already out on Youtube and the album is available for pre-order on iTunes.
However, the major question is - how were the singles, when I listened to the lead single song "Looking Up" for the first time couple of weeks ago, I really enjoyed listening the great Elton John playing his piano and collaborating with his old Rock & Roll bandmates: the lead guitarist - Davey Johnstone, the band's bassist - Matt Bissonette, the great keyboard player - Kim Bullard, percussionist - Ray Cooper and John Mahon, and drummer - Nigel Olsson. In interviews, Elton John stated that this new record would be more upbeat, he said in interviews with magazines like Rolling Stone that he wanted his new record to be "Joyous".
Well, now the new album is coming very soon and everybody is eagerly waiting to listen John's joyous songs. Elton John is one of the most influential artists who is still active in the music industry even after 50 years of his long music career. He has collaborated with many young artist very recently and of-course he has been a great influence as a manager for Ed Sheeran during his early years as a music artist. Just recently, after the death of great Rock legend David Bowie, Elton John paid his respect to David Bowie by performing Bowie's hit song - Space Oddity at a gig in Los Angeles.
